ZARQAWI OR ZCOWARD??

As many times as I hear the real debate, "should we have gone to war", it astounds me that there is no real understanding of what is going on. We were attacked by a group of Muslim extremists. Today we are fighting a group of Muslim extremists. If you have forgotten the facts, here they are:

1) These people want you dead, because you do not believe as they do.
2) These people attacked our country, REMEMBER?. Over 3,000 innocent people died on 9-11.
3)These people will continue to attack only innocent people because they are cowards and there numbers are small, like their I.Q.s
4) These people are not fooling anyone with the suicide bombers. They are paid assassins, duped by a coward hiding somewhere in fear of his own safety.
5) These people have struck deadly blows, only on innocent civilians, in Spain, Russia, the Philippines, I could go on and on but REMEMBER they came to our shores.

You can not be so blind as to not understand there is a fundamental movement to kill all people who do not worship as they do. Terrorists do not believe in freedom of religion, they do not believe in freedom of speech, they do not believe that women are egual, they do not believe that you or I have any rights or freedom not given by them. They do not believe in God, Mohamed or any supreme being. They believe that they are that supreme being. The fanatics that we fight today are not going to stop until they are in power. That my friends is the real struggle. They are after power for themselves. This is not a holy war for the beliefs of any honest religious group. This is war were cowards wear masks so they will not be recognized. Children are strapping on bombs and killing innocent men, women and children because thier families will recieve money. Poverty is just one of the things that is fueling this insane movement. This is a war that will be fought...it will be fought here there and everywhere until the world stands up and in one voice says "enough". Until the Muslim nation stands up in one voice and says "enough". No one in their right mind can possibly believe that killing innocent people is God's will. God, Mohamed nor any prophet will stand for people killing children to say that they are fighting a holy war. Wake Up World, like it or not we are all at war. A war that we fight now or later. It was going to happen no matter what.

Who caused John Kerry

2WakeUp

Yesterday (20 Sept.04) at New York University the new John Kerry showed up. His speech was delivered well and even the Bush bashing did not seem to be mean spirited. The subject stayed on the now and did not drift to 30 years ago. And Senator Kerry is correct when he paints a bleak picture of what is going on in Iraq today. However, Kerry continues his unbelieveable dissertation full of distortion and follow the leader, George Bush. Kerry contends that the president was wrong on weapons of mass distruction. That would mean that he was wrong as well because he relied on the same reports that George Bush did when he was for the war. Of course that was then and now Kerry says that he would not have gone to war. I really like the idea of getting our allies to commit troops and I am guessing that Mr. Kerry is referring to France, Germany and Russia. I think that was Bush's thought as well. These "alies" are not about to put soldiers in Iraq until they realize that this jihad includes them as infidels. Sooner or later they will have a turn just like Spain, the Philippines and many other countries that have never done a thing to hurt them. Training Iraqi security forces is a good idea but already a Bush program. He is right about the need to hold elections but even Kerry must understand that until the country is secure there will be no elections and those afore mentioned countries could make elections possible. But once again we see that Kerry honestly either does not know what he would do in Iraq or he is saying to the poeple in his audience what he thinks they want to hear. 27 February 04 Kerry said in a speech in Los Angeles that .." as president, I will add 40,00 active-duty Army troops, a temporary increase likely to last the remainder of the decade". 20 September 04 at NYU he said.."we could begin to withdraw U.S. troops starting next summer and realistically aim to bring all of the troops home within the next four years". At the DNC Kerry is quoted as saying " We will add 40,000 active duty troops- not in Irag". If not Iraq where? Hind site is not a great way to run a campaign or a country. John Kerry has changed positions on so many issues and so many times that I think the President can stay home for the debates while Kerry debates himself. Yes John Kerry is right about the problems in Iraq but even he will not speak to the reality of how much politics is playing a role in this war. It is wrong and I believe that President Bush needs to address this. Lastly I would like to say that I think John Kerry has an agenda that will weaken the war on terror and cause all western nations to be targets. I believe that Kerry is more interested in being popular then in staying the course. This is a global conflict. A conflict started by cowards who pay human beings laden with explosives to kill innocent people. This is not a holy war, this is a life and death struggle between two different beliefs. There is no turning back unless you are willing to give up freedom.

THANK YOU OBAMA!!

The Democratic convention was so boring that the news channels interviewed such sparkling people as Ben Afflicted, who seemed to have an opinion....maybe.

The bright spot in this convention was a gentelman name Barack Obama who really woke me up. I especially liked the part about.."There is not a liberal America and a conservative America - there is the United States of America. There is not a Black America and a White America and Latino America and Asian America - there is the United States of America". I love the thought Barack but obviously you have never been to Los Angeles. Your speach did, however, give hope for the future.

Tell me Barack that as time goes on you will not allow your political career to become one of owing for favors that are yet to come. Tell me Barack not "that you will" but "how you will". Barack "the United States of America" needs public servants not more politicians. If you keep that in mind you will have the vote of "the United States of America".

When it was John Kerry's day to speak I was really interested to see if he would take the "high road" as mentioned in his speach ... but it was mentioned after he suggested the President was a liar and not trust worthy or credible. And after suggesting that the leaders of our nation including the vice president, the secretary of defense and the attorney general were polluters - did not care about other peoples advise and failed to uphold the constitution. From the "and that is the choice in this election" section, through the "help is on the way" section there were nothing but slurs and innuendo. Did'nt have to climb to high to get on that road, did you John Kerry.

REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVICTION

There is no way to compare the RNC and the DNC except to say WOW!!! there really is a difference in these two parties. Again I was amazed at some of the interviews. Who is Steven Baldwin...voting for?? I would not be surprised if he was to bussy promoting his own ideology to even find a voting both. Or does it look to much like a confessional.

Zell Miller lite the place up with the toughest Kerry bashing I have ever seen. The theme, however, was what happened to the Democratic Party. There is no question in my mind that after Bill Clinton, who was about as Republican as a Democrat dare be, the party has gone so far left that it has tuned off many Democrats who this year will say they are voting Democrat but when they step into that booth to cast a vote they will not. Zell really got my attention when he said..."it is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the agitator, who has given us the freedom to protest. It is the soldier who salutes the flag, serves beneath the flag, who's coffin is is draped by the flag who gives the protester the freedom to abuse and burn that flag". He said of George Bush. "I like the fact that he's the same man on Saturday night that he is on Sunday morning. Probably he most powerful line was what he said twice in his speech, George Bush is the man that he trusted to protect " my most precious possession: my family".

Arnold Schwarzenegger had the most optomistic speech and made the people at the convention stand up and chear over and over. He was dynamic and he came across as a sincere person who loves America. I enjoyed the part that began with "if you believe that government should be accountable to the people, not the people to the government....then you are a Republican". To many times a voter goes into the booth to cast a ballot and does the party line voting because their parents were Democrates or Republicans. We all need to think before we vote. But please get out and VOTE!!!!!

An October Surmise

Making Sense By Michael Reagan

John Kerry, CBS, The New York Times, the U.N.’s Mohamed El Baradei, the other networks and most of the mainstream media surmised they had a dandy “October Surprise” to spring on President Bush just days before the election – but their surmise fizzled. Their planned October Surprise that was supposed to bring about the president’s defeat tuned out to be just more left-wing blather and they got hoisted by their own petards.

The story is a shocking revelation that the strong ties that exist between the liberal media and John Kerry and his corrupt political party actually amount to a conspiracy to hoodwink the American people by whatever means are necessary, be they fair (which they never are) or foul (which they usually are). The Times and CBS are nothing less than an integral part of the Kerry campaign - they are his willing stooges being used to defeat the president of the United States.

On Monday the Times broke a story that a cache of 380 tons of exceedingly potent HMX and RDX explosives in a storage depot at Al Qaqaa have been missing at some point since former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein was ousted from power. In other words, after the U.S. became an occupying force responsible for keeping such munitions under lock and key.

According to CBS News executive producer Jeff Fager, the story about the missing explosives was going to be revealed on this Sunday's episode of "60 Minutes" – two days before the election. Fager did not bother explaining that this would not allow the President time to adequately respond to the allegations.

"(Ou)r plan was to run the story on October 31, but it became clear that it wouldn't hold," Fager said in a statement. CBS – the same network that gave us Rathergate and the forged documents - then handed the hatchet job off to the Times, which ran the story under the headline "Huge Cache of Explosives Vanished From Site in Iraq."

The Times reported that the Iraqi interim government warned the U.S. and the U.N.’s International Atomic Energy Agency that the explosives were missing from “one of Iraq’s most sensitive former military installations.” The Times claimed that hundreds of tons of high explosives had been removed from the Al-Qaqaa weapons depot while the facility was under U.S. control.

The story began to fall apart before the day was over when NBC reported that one of their correspondents had been at the weapons site before Baghdad had fallen and saw no evidence of the explosives, indicating that they were gone before the war ended.

John Kerry, obviously alerted that the story would run on Monday, immediately attacked the president for failing to safeguard these munitions, which could be used to trigger a nuclear weapon. The rest of the mainstream media jumped on the story, backing Kerry’s allegations. And together with Kerry they are trying to keep this bogus story alive.

Moreover, the Times knows the story is bogus! In February 2003 they reported that the removal of the munitions was set in motion by none other than the government of Saddam Hussein and not by looters or insurgents after the U.S. had liberated Iraq, according to the U.N.’s Bush-hating Mohamed El Baradei.

Here’s what the president said today at a rally in Pennsylvania: “After repeatedly calling Iraq the wrong war, and a diversion, Senator Kerry this week seemed shocked to learn that Iraq is a dangerous place, full of dangerous weapons…”

“If Senator Kerry had his way… Saddam Hussein would still be in power. He would control those all of those weapons and explosives and could share them with his terrorist friends. Now the senator is making wild charges about missing explosives, when his top foreign policy adviser admits, quote, ‘We do not know the facts.’ Think about that: The senator is denigrating the actions of our troops and commanders in the field without knowing the facts…”

America has a problem here – a serious problem. A major segment of the media have allowed themselves to become part and parcel of a political campaign, promoting the interests of their candidate and seeking to smear his opponent, the president of the United States. And that’s more than a scandal – it’s a dagger pointed at the heart of this republic.

A WORD FROM

HOWARD DEAN

In recent years, thousands of good paying jobs have been sent overseas. Free trade has made it much easier for corporations to do business elsewhere, but free trade does not make it easier to protect workers and the environment elsewhere. This results in lost American jobs and downward pressure on American wages and benefits; leading to just what short-sighted leaders in the world business community hoped for- to make quarterly results better.

But the truth is that there are very few "American" corporations of any size left. An even sadder truth is that many of these large multinationals no longer value emploees as people, they see labor as nothing more than a commodity. And in the last 10 years, they have seen small investors as a commodity as well.

The examples of corporations taking advantage of laborers and consumers are well known. Enron bragged of how they cheated grandmothers who depended on them for electricity in California, and also cheated thier own employees by recommending they buy more stock in their pension funds as company executives were selling. Tyco's top officers used millions of investor dollars for thier own personal expenses. American Airlines former chairman secretly took huge pay increases while negotiating pay cuts for the company's pilots, flight attendents and mechanics.

There are many reasons for all this, including a lack of moral tone set by the federal government. Congress and the Bush administration allow and encourage this behavior.

Tyco, for example, is an "American" company headquartered in Bermuda. This allows them to avoid a lot of American taxes and at the same time makes it harder for small investors to get information and accountability from the leadership of the company. Most CEOs, whose pay has skyrocketed despite lousey performance over the last few years, have a majority of insiders on their boards while the outside directors are hand picked. There is no "corporate conscience" unless the CEO wants one.

Corporate governance is often a matter of state law.Delaware has thousands of businesses incorporated there simply because Delaware laws make it more difficult than most states to enforce the obligations that directors have to shareholders.

If you want more and better jobs, a fair trade policy, better behavior by corporate leaders, more pay equity between those who work and those who lead and better corporate morals, we need to make that happen by doing the following:

1) Insist that Congress stop voting for trade agreements with no enforceable labor or environmental standards. 2) Government contracts should be preferentially given to real American companies, particularly defense contracts. 3) Create stronger federal enforcement of corporate accountability to shareholders. 4) Open the election process for directors of publicly owned corporations so investors can easily nominate and elect outside directors. Public ownership of companies should mean public majorities on the board - in other words more outside directors that are not hand picked by CEOs. 5) Hold CEOs accountable for what they say. If pay packages for workers are determind by merit and by results, so should the pay packages of corporate leadership. Hypocrisy leads to disrespect, which undermines any organization.

The stakes are high. America is rapidly losing its dominant position in the world economy as jobs move elsewhere and Americans lose faith in the moral leadership of the business community. Small businesses and small communities are the first caualties of corporate indifference and of our falling standard of living. If we want a strong America, we need a strong business community.

DEAR DAN RATHER

A lot of hype for a personal gripe. What were you trying to say with that piece on George Bush's service in the National Guard. Were you trying to embarrass a guy that did favors for friends or trying to show that George Bush was a bad boy. It must be getting difficult to fill the 2 hours a week for your shows. If you have evidence that George Bush and or John Kerry should have been dishonorably discharged why don't you put that on your show, or maybe there is none. CBS has allowed you to wallow in the same mud as Michael Moore and the swift boat ads. What next a show on, "was John Kerry ever in Viet Nam". Stop the innuendos and the hype for ratings and find something that leaves the audience with a real answer to your insidious questions. George Bush and John Kerry both left the service with honorable discharges. If you have evidence that either one of them was dishonorable or if you have evidence that there was wrong doing you should present it to the proper authority or....GET OVER IT!!

Remember!!!

As we look back 3 years later, one has to believe that the best defense has certainly been our offense. The video tapes of airplanes purposely being flown into the Twin Towers is indeed a stark reminder of the diabolical type of people we are dealing with. Their biggest mistake was to bring the war to our shores. We will defeat the devils that try to say this is a holy war. People who want to glorify and to promote their religion do not hide like cowards behind the skirts of women and do not hold hostage at gun point little children. Those who are unable to fight as men have come to be mercenaries and dupes for those who now seek only power and recognition. Theirs is a false jihad to gain earthly omnipotence with no thought of Mohamed or God.

Since 9/11 the cowards have struck time and again always at the innocent. There is no honor and you will never be with God for killing his children. Remember, while terrorists go to do the biding of their leaders for money, their leaders are hiding like cowards. They are in caves and in holes in the ground. They do not want to die in this unholy war because they do not want to face God's wrath and they know there are no virgins in heaven waiting for them. This would defy reason.

Most recently it has been discovered that some of the rebels in Russia who terrorized women and children IN A SCHOOL were of Arab descent,my guess, mercenaries. France has been told that they must allow Muslims to wear scarf's in the schools. Spain's election was directly effected by the terrorist train bombing. What will it take to open the eye's of those who are being terrorized and make them realize that America is after all, right. All of the free world had better come together for the good of the free world. If you do not believe that these people intend to conquer the entire western civilization you had better get your head out of the sand. Now is the time to put together a true coalition of all freedom loving people. The longer we wait the tougher the job will be. Let it be known that good will triumph over evil and the Muslim extremists are evil.

God Bless America!!!

THE WORLD BELONGS TO THE CURIOUS NOT THE FURIOUS.............

The curious ask how we can make it better - the furious are affraid of better and

want things as they are

The curious seek information - the furious stifle information

The curious go forward - the furious stand still

The curious revel in recognition - the furious fear recognition

The curious listen to other points of view - the furious know only one point of view

The curious are happy to do Gods will - the furious believe they are Gods will

The curious seek all peoples happiness - the furious seek thier own happiness

God (yours or mine) did not make you curious your environment did that - God did not make you furious your environment did that. When a furious person becomes a curious person the first thing he seeks is the truth. When a curious person becomes a furious person he seeks to spread his truth. A leader who seeks to impose his will on all men regardless of who or where they are is a furious leader. Demand and fear are his strongest weapons. A leader who wishes to share ideas for the common good of all regardless of who or where they are is a curious leader. Knowledge is his strongest weapon.
